BOSTON (CBS) – This Week at the WBZ Water Cooler: A controversial call by a Little League umpire, sends Hawaii packing and California to the Little League World Series in Williamsport. As Hawaii was mounting a comeback, the ump ruled a runner had missed third base, and was called out on an appeal. The game was on national TV, and even replays showed the play to be inconclusive.
