Rashad Lesley-Barnes, 24, of Dorchester, and another man were fighting on the bus Wednesday afternoon in Roxbury and the dispute continued when they got off on Warren Street.

That's when police say the man stabbed Lesley-Barnes and ran off.

Lesley-Barnes was rushed to Boston Medical Center where he died.

The killer has not been identified, but police hope someone will recognize the man from photos taken on the bus shortly before the stabbing.

Anyone with information should call detectives at (617) 343-4470 or the CrimeStoppers Tip Line at 1(800) 494-TIPS.

You can also text the word 'TIP' to CRIME (27463).
