Jason Terry Tweets Picture Of New Celtics Tattoo

BOSTON (CBS) -- Jason Terry is still months away from wearing a Celtics jersey for the first time, but he's already showing off his new team colors.

The Celtics' new veteran guard tweeted a photo over the weekend of his newest tattoo. The artwork features Lucky the Leprechaun balancing the Larry O'Brien Trophy on his fingertip instead of a basketball. The tattoo is located on the inside of his left biceps.

Terry's never been afraid to get bold tattoos in the past, as he famously had the O'Brien Trophy etched onto his skin as motivation for the 2010-11 Mavericks, who of course ended up winning the championship.

The Celtics signed Terry to a three-year contract in July. He'll turn 35 years old in September, and he's expected to fill the role of 3-point shooter, which was vacated by Ray Allen when he signed with Miami.
