When officers arrived to the home on Francis Street, he reportedly told them, "I strangled her."

Police found the body of the victim, Cecila Yakubu in the bedroom of the home with a cord wrapped around her neck.

Moseley has a history of domestic violence.

He was convicted of shooting his ex-wife in the face in 1996.

He was also charged with assault and battery after Yakubu accused him of punching her earlier this year. Those charges were later dropped.
