A person drove into the Charles River in Natick.
NATICK (CBS) – Emergency crews in Natick rushed to save a woman after her car went into the Charles River on Thursday.
Police say the vehicle went into the water near Eliot Street.
For some reason, the driver swam away from emergency crews.
Police and firefighters eventually got the woman out of the water safely and paramedics took her to the hospital.
Investigators aren’t sure why the she swam away, but say the car was not stolen.
