Dan Shaughnessy of the Boston Globe joined Gresh & Zo to discuss Josh Beckett leaving Tuesday night’s 4-1 rain out win in the third inning due to back spasms.

After loading up the bases walking in a run Beckett called for the trainers and the decision was made that he would be coming out. As the starter left the field the crowd at Fenway booed him off.

Shaughnessy told the guys that he expected Beckett to get booed. If he comes out in his next start and has a knock out performance will fans cheer for him? What would he have to do to get the fans to change their opinions of him?

Were any of the boos meant for the front office?
