FRAMINGHAM (CBS) – What color car do you drive? It can say a lot about you.

But, it can also say a lot about whether you’ll be the target of bird droppings.

WBZ NewsRadio 1030’s Ben Parker reports.

Red cars may look sleek, but in some cases they look like a bathroom for birds.

A recent study in Britain found that our feathered friends like to do their business on red cars the most (nearly 1/5 of the time).

Second on that list is blue cars.

Don from Cleveland drives a blue car and finds that the birds do like it.

“The real problem there is geese. Man do they make a mess,” said Don.

Here’s the list, according to the survey:

  1. Red Cars – 18%
  2. Blue Cars – 14%
  3. Black Cars – 11%
  4. Gray/Silver Cars – 3%
  5. Green Cars – 1%
