Some time ago Fred went to his doctor to have a few tests done and was told the doctor would contact him with the results. After weeks of calling the office for the results Fred just gave up.

Finally Fred got a call from the doctor’s office letting him know the results and that the doctor wanted him to start a different medication than what he was taking.

Yesterday Fred gets a message from someone at the doctor’s office telling him he must come in on Friday with no explanation. Fred’s sick and tired of dealing with this office and wants to start seeing someone else.

Rich makes a suggestion that Fred quickly shoots down. He then thinks about other services that he pays for that just aggravate him.
