19-Month-Old Girl Found In NH Pool, Hospitalized
NEWPORT, N.H. (AP) — Police say a 19-month-old girl has been hospitalized after being pulled unresponsive from a residential swimming pool in Newport.
Newport Police Chief Jim Burroughs said Sunday night that the girl was in critical condition at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.
He said it's believed the girl was in the pool for more than 10 minutes Sunday afternoon when she was discovered.
Her name has not been released.
