BOSTON (CBS) – Every Wednesday night at the Seaport Hotel in Boston there is a gathering of dog owners and their pets for Canines and Cocktails on the hotel’s terrece, but tonight is a special night.

This Wednesday night there is a world premiere movie and a red carpet event all about a dog named Brody that spends the weekend at the hotel.

You can bring your dog in to meet Brody and strut the red carpet.

“Brody will be there. Brody is a Puggle and a handsome little guy. I don’t know if Brody can actually sign autographs, but he can at least put his paw down on something,” said Craig Cunningham VP of marketing at the hotel.

Cunningham says the four legged friends always enjoy the weekly Canine and Cocktail parties and tonight will be no different.

“The dogs play together and everyone plays nicely,” said Cunningham.

Surely a lot of dogs will be in the audience at the premiere.

“So no cats allowed,” Cunningham adds.
