Redhook Brewing Beer In Honor Of Worker Killed By Exploding Keg

PORTSMOUTH, NH (CBS) - A New Hampshire brewery is dedicating a brew in honor of an employee killed in a keg explosion earlier this year.

Red Hook says it wanted to honor 26-year-old Benjamin Harris.

Red Hook is now working with Harris' family on the beer project.

Keg labels have already been designed for the brew, which will be named Ben's Beer.

Back in April, Harris was using pressurized air to empty a plastic keg at Portsmouth's Redhook Brewery when it blew apart. The keg belonged to another brewery, the company has said, and Harris was cleaning it out to send it back.

The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
