2 Women Wanted For Credit Card Fraud In Lowell

LOWELL (CBS) - Lowell police are searching for two women who have come up with a new scheme to steal credit card numbers to go on shopping sprees.

The victims don't suspect it because their actual cards aren't stolen, just the numbers.

The women create forced cards using those stolen numbers.

On Friday, the suspects went shopping at a Target and left with about $3,000 worth of merchandise and gift cards.

Anyone with information is asked to call Lowell police.
