Celtics coach Doc Rivers met with Rockets shooting guard Courtney Lee Saturday night, according to ESPN’s Marc Stein.
To acquire Lee, the Celtics would need to complete a sign-and-trade deal with the Rockets to fit him under the cap.
The 6’5″ Lee averaged 11.4 points and shot 40.1% on three-pointers last season.
Stein reported that the Timberwolves, Hawks, Pacers, Mavericks and Suns are all interested in Lee.
