On Thursday, she was in Boston as a guest of Mix 104.1 and was treated with a limo ride, cheerleaders, a proclamation from the Boston School Department and a red carpet leading to a personal duck boat tour.
Before embarking on the tour, Klein told Mark Katic she will never forget the bullying, but is glad it happened.
"I am glad that this has happened, just so that everybody out there is aware. I think a lot of the people don't know that bullying is pretty bad sometimes," said Klein.
An online fund started for her to take a $5,000 vacation has exploded. The fund now exceeds $600,000.
"It's just really awesome what everbody has done for me," said Klein.
Klein plans to pay some bills, help some causes close to her family and still speak out against bullying.
