Boston Red Sox

BOSTON (CBS) – Making his “5 Questions” debut is Felger & Mazz Director of Communications Billy Lanni.

Lanni joins host Adam Kaufman for an all-Red Sox edition of “5 Questions,” and it certainly will not disappoint.

They start things off with the departure of Kevin Youkilis. Are the Red Sox better or worse without Youkilis in the short-term?

Feeding off of that, will Will Middlebrooks be able to handle the everyday role at third base?

“5 Questions” With Billy Lanni:

David Ortiz is having a monster season, what does Lanni attribute Papi’s production to? (We all know his view on steroids in baseball, but if you forgot here is a refresher — just head to the 3:15 mark.)

With the trade deadline approaching, what does Lanni expect the Sox to do as they try to make a push for the playoffs.

And with a title like Director of Communications, who better to ask about the line of communication — or lack there of — in the Red Sox organization; from the front office to Bobby V to the players, is there ever any good communication over at Yawkey Way.

Billy Lanni fills in the blanks on this week’s edition of “5 Questions,” and you won’t be disappointed.
