BOSTON (CBS) — The final weekend of  of Motorcycle Week in Laconia, New Hampshire has a horrible start. On Friday,   four bikers were killed within four hours in traffic accidents.

One man was killed Friday afternoon in a crash on Rollercoaster Road in North Laconia.   Police say he was riding at a high rate of speed on the winding road when he crossed the center line and hit a pickup truck.

Earlier in the day,  one  biker was killed  and another injured in a crash  in Nelson, New Hampshire.

Two other crashes that resulted in  fatal injuries to bikers were also reported in the towns of Dummer and  Nashua.
