Truck Falls Apart In Road In Downtown Attleboro

ATTLEBORO (CBS) - The bottom literally fell out of a truck in downtown Attleboro Tuesday morning.

The tractor-trailer was carrying a load of restaurant supplies on Railroad Avenue when it suddenly bent in half as it approached an underpass.

No one was hurt.

Police say the frame of truck broke in the middle, apparently because of a load-weight issue.

The road was closed for several hours.
