Defense Wants Some Evidence Thrown Out In Wayland Teen Murder Trial

WAYLAND (CBS) - A teenager's attorney wants bloody clothing found in the boy's house thrown out of his murder trial.

Nathaniel Fujita is charged with murdering his ex-girlfriend, Lauren Astley, last summer.

But, Fujita's attorney wants a judge to dismiss the evidence seized at his home because he says police did not have probable cause to search.

Detectives found the clothing and bloody shoes hidden in a crawlspace in the home.
