NH Driver Accused Of Aiming Gun In Possible Road Rage Incident

PORTSMOUTH, NH (CBS) - A possible road rage incident is under investigation in New Hampshire.

A driver called State Police reporting that another driver had pointed a handgun at him as they were merging onto I-95 Southbound.

The alleged incident happened Thursday around 8:30 pm at the exit 7 on-ramp in Portsmouth.

State Police identified the suspect as 24-year-old David Matos Bernal of Portsmouth.

Officials have not said whether they plan to file any charges.
