Girl Dies After Falling From Fall River Window
FALL RIVER (CBS) - A little girl who fell from a Fall River window has died.
The two-year-old girl fell about 30 feet from an apartment on East Main Street Tuesday night. Responding police officers and EMS workers found the child lying motionless on the ground with severe head trauma.
The girl was rushed to Hasbro Children's Hospital in Rhode Island. She was pronounced dead Friday afternoon.
Police are calling it a tragic accident and have not filed any charges.
