CHELMSFORD (CBS) – Police were on the scene of a crash involving a school bus van transporting special needs students in Chelmsford Wednesday afternoon.

The accident happened at the Drum Hill Square intersection just after 3 p.m.

The van, which was carrying two special needs students collided with a car.
