Carlisle Boy Wears Red Sox Shirt For 1,000th Straight Day
BOSTON (CBS) - There are fans, and then there is Ryan Bishop.
This 12-year-old Carlisle boy has been wearing a Red Sox shirt or jersey for 1,000 straight days, and that won't change until the Sox win another World Series.
He spoke to WBZ-TV last year, and at that time it was his 595th day.
This all started in August of 2009.
While he's a big fan, it seems his parents are pretty good sports with this.
Let's just hope the Sox win another World Series soon.
