NightSide - Harvey Silverglate Joins Dan Rea To Discuss The Protest Law

Candidates, dignitaries, political events, and elected officials could all be off limits for protestors, with a potential felony charge for anyone who disobeys. Harvey Silverglate, First Amendment advocate, joins NightSide to talk about the new law. Do you think the Secret Service should be able to decide where citizens can and can't protest?
