BOSTON (CBS) – More than 43,000 people participated in the 44th annual Walk for Hunger in Boston on Sunday.
WBZ NewsRadio 1030’s Kim Tunnicliffe reports.
The Walk wound through the streets of Boston, Brookline and Newton.
In all, $3.6 million was raised for hungry people in the state of Massachusetts.
The money will go toward funding 450 emergency programs throughout the state.
