Marlboro Students Collect More Than 1,200 Children’s Books

MARLBORO (CBS) – Reading is a key that can unlock so much for a child and a group of 6th and 7th graders in Marlboro are going to share and enjoy that gift.

Students from the Advanced Math and Science Public Charter School have collected more than 1,200 children’s books.

They also put together activities to get kids interested in reading. The theme was pretty simple: I love to read.

The hope is that kids who took part in today’s program will come away with a love of reading.
