Toucher & Rich: Beckett Is "The Fonz"

After last season's epic collapse in September, Red Sox fans were hoping the 2012 season would be different.

But, there are already problems, even before the first pitch has been thrown.

Closer Andrew Bailey is out until the All Star break with a thumb injury, and starter Josh Beckett had his thumb checked out as well.

This led Toucher & Rich to a wonder what the heck these guys are doing to their thumbs down in Fort Myers.

Is Beckett down there hitting jukeboxes and jumping sharks on a motorcycle? Maybe he hurt it rebuilding his bike after suffering temporary blindness.

Beckett must be channeling his inner "Fonz," and Rich wrote a little theme song for a Red Sox team that already has issues with injuries.
