Body Found In RI Believed To Be Missing Worcester Man

WORCESTER (CBS) - Police believe a body discovered Tuesday in Providence, Rhode Island is that of a missing 19-year-old Worcester man.

The body was discovered in a storage container on Wesleyan Avenue, near the apartment of the two suspects charged in the disappearance of Joseph Webster, who was reported missing on March 14.

Webster, who has autism, was last seen at a Motel 6 on Route 9 in Northboro, Massachusetts.

Lara Cori, 22, was arraigned Monday on charges including armed robbery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, car theft and armed assault with intent to murder. She was ordered held without bail.

James Howze, 19, was also arraigned Monday and was ordered to be held on $1 million bail. He is charged with assault battery with a dangerous weapon (a knife) and car theft.

Cori and Howze lived together at an apartment on Harvard Avenue in Providence.

They were arrested last week in Colonie, New York.
