Former WBZ-TV Reporter Walt Sanders Dies At 81
BOSTON (CBS) - Former WBZ-TV reporter Walt Sanders died Monday at his home in Spring Hill, Florida at the age of 81.

Sanders was well known for his school and City Hall reporting in Boston and his deep distinctive voice.
He worked at Channel 4 News for 27 years from 1968 through 1995 and was one of the first African-American reporters in the city.
He is survived by his wife Alice and two children Carolyn Sanders-Glover and Walter L. Sanders Jr.
