Vermont T-Shirt Maker Ruffles Feathers At Chick-Fil-A

BOSTON (CBS) - A small businessman in Vermont has six months to challenge a trademark complaint filed by a national fast food chain.

Chick-Fil-A wants Bo Muller-Moore to stop making shirts with the slogan, "Eat More Kale." The Atlanta-based company says it infringes on its trademarked phrase, "Eat More Chikin."

Muller-Moore says he's going to fight.
