Cape Man Drives To Police Station, Demands To Be Arrested For OUI

YARMOUTH (CBS) – A 46-year-old man was taken into custody after he drove to the Yarmouth Police station and demanded to be arrested for driving drunk Tuesday night.

Officers confirmed Matthew Tesson of Wellfleet was drunk and had driven to the police headquarters on a suspended license.

A search of his car also found 10 various prescription pills.

Tesson will be arraigned for OUI, Operating with a Suspended License and Felony Possession of Class B and Class C Drugs.

    This man needed help. Atleast he was man enough to ask for help. I’m so glad he didn’t kill someone while asking to get help with his addictions and other problems not mentioned and none of our buisiness.

    He’s 46?? He looks 76!! Guess that’s what booze will do to ya.

    He probably has hit bottom – and knows at least in jail he’ll get medical care, 3 meals a day, an education if he wants it, a warm place to sleep and cable. What sounds so bad about jail when you have nothing.
