Beverly Woman Hit By Runaway Pickup Truck In Her Living Room

BEVERLY (CBS) - One minute Deb Holloran was sitting on her couch relaxing in her living room and the next minute, she was pinned against the wall by a pickup truck.

"I saw the back of the truck coming through the window, it just kept coming like a tidal wave," says Holloran.

She says a teenage boy across the street parked a truck at the top of his family's driveway. Moments later, it had rolled down the hill, crashing into her home.

"I was knocked against the wall," she says, explaining she was actually pinned for a split second. She survived with only a bruise on her arm.

It's not the first time it's happened to her. Thirty years ago, another vehicle rolled from the same driveway and hit a tree in her front yard. This time, she says all is forgiven. It was an innocent mistake.
