"(Obama) should have put in place long before now crippling sanctions against Iran. He should have spoken out for the dissonant voices in Iran," Romney said Monday. "He should have organized military options that Iran would know we were prepared to take if they went down this nuclear path."

The former Massachusetts Governor is talking tough when it comes to Iran, though he says several steps must be taken before any attack.

"The right course is crippling sanctions, working on a covert basis, an overt basis to see regime change there and a change of course. One has to have military options that one has on the table and is ready to use, if that's the last option."

Romney will deliver his message the pro-Israel AIPAC conference on Tuesday.

You can hear more of Joe's interview with Romney Tuesday morning on WBZ NewsRadio 1030.
