BOSTON (CBS) – If you’re looking for a low-stress job, you might be living in the wrong part of the country.

Despite ranking at the top of all 50 states in terms of access to health care, Massachusetts failed to crack the top 10 healthiest states this year in the Gallup-Healthway’s annual Well-Being Index.

That’s because state residents have a declining perception of their well-being at work. The Bay State’s rank in that area dropped to 43, down from 23 last year.

The state also registered a low score when it came to emotional health.

Some questions that were asked in the survey include:

Are you satisfied or dissatisfied with your job or the work you do?

And: Does your supervisor always create an environment that is trusting and open, or not?
