Rob Gronkowski spikes the puck at Worcester Sharks game.
WORCESTER (CBS) – Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski was in Worcester Friday night at the Sharks game.
He was still sporting a cast on his left foot as he recovers from surgery on his injured ankle. He said it’s feeling good and he can’t wait to get back.
When Gronk was fined $7,500 for one of his spikes this season, the Sharks offered to pay the tab if he would spike a puck before one of their games. Cast and all, he still managed a pretty impressive spike out and managed to stay on his feet.
The puck shattered into pieces after being spiked.
