CONCORD (CBS) – Concord police have confirmed that they have cited a 76-year-old driver who crashed into a mom and her two young sons while they were out walking last week.

The woman, whose name police said they are not releasing because the investigation is not yet complete, has been cited for operating to endanger.

The accident sent all three victims to the hospital. The driver was also injured and had to be treated at the hospital.

The mom and five-year-old were released from the hospital the next day.   According to the Westford Patch, the toddler suffered a broken pelvis.  It’s unclear whether he has been released from the hospital.
