NORTHBORO (CBS) – A man was cited for riding his moped near Exit 24 on Route 290 in Northboro on Thursday.

The 61-year-old, who is from Boston, reportedly told police, “How else could I get from Boston to Brimfield?”

But he doesn’t have a car.

The answer is non-highway roads that mopeds are legal on.
