Back on Jan. 10, 21-year-old Jessica Ronhock left a note for her roommate that said she had to go home for a family emergency. However, police said she never went home because there was no emergency.

Police then traced her credit cards to Florida, Texas and then Arizona until activity stopped on Jan. 18.

Elmira Police Sgt. Scott Packard said they have no reason to believe Ronhock was suicidal.

"She had some things going on that may have prompted her to leave on her own, but the major concern is that lack of activity on the phone or credit cards since the 18th of January," said Sgt. Packard.

Ronhock, who has brown hair and brown eyes, was driving a white Jeep Cherokee with a "Masshole" sticker on the tailgate. She is 5'7" and weighs about 150 pounds.

She stayed at several campgrounds before her credit card activity stopped.

Authorities had believed she may have been headed for the Grand Canyon.
