BOSTON (CBS) - The real estate website isoldmyhouse.com is dropping its $199 charge for homeowners to list their homes for sale.
You can now list your home on the site with up to three pictures and a description.
This should give homeowners an incentive in a buyer’s market.
Isoldmyhouse.com says it makes enough money off of ads to remain profitable.
But they’re still offering premium packages with features like video tours, for up to $800.
CYSTIC FIBROSIS DRUG APPROVED
A drug that could help change the lives of so many people will ship this week and that’s great news for patients with cystic fibrosis.
It’s been a whirlwind year for Vertex, which is in the process of moving from Cambridge to Fan Pier.
The company has won FDA approval for Kalydeco, its breakthrough drug to treat the underlying cause of cystic fibrosis.
It’s the second FDA approval for the Cambridge company in less than a year.
Back in May, their new Hepatitis C drug was approved, turning Vertex into a commercial and profitable company.
