New Hampshire Dentists Offer Free Care For Low-Income Kids

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — Dentists across New Hampshire are offering children from low-income families a free dental appointment next month.

Care is being offered on Friday, Feb. 3, or on Saturday, Feb. 4.

In most locations, dentists are providing the free dental services in cooperation with local schools.

To learn more about scheduling an appointment, parents are encouraged to talk to their child's school nurse or dental office.

Dentists also can be found through the New Hampshire Dental Society.

Dentists nationwide are participating in the event, called "Give Kids a Smile" day.
