Kevin Wilkinson won tickets in the “Gronking” competition.
FOXBORO (CBS) – Two nights before the AFC Championship game, Patriots fans competed for tickets by imitating tight end phenom Rob Gronkowski.
Gronkowski’s name is now defined by his touchdown ritual: Smashing the ball to the turf so hard, that it bounces to the Gillette Stadium heavens.
Kids, women and men of all sizes showed up, each with a unique twist on the celebratory spike.
Former Patriots lineman Pete Brock was judging the “Gronking” competition at CBS Scene in Patriot Place.
Jennifer Morris and Kevin Wilkinson were among the lucky winners.
