NORFOLK (CBS) – The Republican who challenged Barney Frank for his congressional seat in the last election will run again for the seat.

Sean Bielat planned to officially announce Tuesday afternoon that he will run for representative of the 4th congressional district.

In 2010, the retiring Congressman Frank beat Bielat by 11 points in one of his toughest re-election bids.

Bielat temporarily moved to Pennsylvania after that loss, but has since returned to Norfolk.

Alan Khazei and Joe Kennedy III are both considering a run on the Democrat side.
