Norton Man Charged With Manufacturing Child Porn

NORTON (CBS) - A Norton man has been charged with making child pornography.

Norton, Easton, and State Police arrested Joseph Lucier, 50, on Thursday at his home.

Police say Lucier had previously been charged in May of 2010 with possession of child pornography.

Investigators say forensic evidence from his computer revealed led to new charges of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 and two counts of manufacturing child pornography.

Lucier was arraigned on Friday and was being on $2,500 cash bail.

He was due back in court in February.
