FOXBORO (CBS) – The New England Patriots’ on-again, off-again relationship with DB Ross Ventrone is back on again.
Ventrone has once again been signed to the 53-man roster from the practice squad.
Ventrone, 25, has bounced back and forth about between the practice squad and the roster at least a dozen-and-a-half times this season.
Ventrone, 5-8, 190 pounds, was originally signed by the Patriots as a rookie free agent out of Villanova on April 29, 2010.
He spent the majority of his rookie season in 2010 on the New England practice squad.
