Student Mugged In Harvard Square

CAMBRIDGE (CBS) – A man mugged a male Harvard University student in Harvard Square on Tuesday night.

The attack happened at the busy corner of Mount Auburn and Dunster Streets just before 7 p.m., Harvard U. police said.

The student told police he felt a hard object placed against his lower back. The man told the student, “you don’t want to get stabbed,” and then stole his wallet.

The victim wasn’t hurt.

Cambridge police are investigating.
