MBTA Honors Conductor Who Unraveled Fake Pass Scheme
BOSTON (CBS) - The MBTA has honored a train conductor who helped blow the lid on the largest fraud case in the agency's history.
Conductor John Slyman received a certificate of appreciation from the T on Wednesday.

In March, Slyman was checking passes when he came across one that didn't look right.
It turned out to be one of thousands of fake passes that were being sold online.
The scheme cost the MBTA millions of dollars.
