BOSTON (CBS) – A 36-year-old Harvard University graduate student was arrested Friday for indecently assaulting a woman on a Red Line train late last month.

Bradley J. Spencer is accused of assaulting the woman on a Red line train between the Harvard and Kendall MBTA stations on Nov. 28.

Spencer allegedly poked the victim in the crotch with his finger.

WBZ-TV’s Jim Smith reports

According to his Academia.edu account, Spencer is a grad student in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations at Harvard.

He has also served as a teaching fellow and instructor at the university since 2009, teaching classes such as “Classical Hebrew” and “Digging the Glyphs: Adventures in Decipherment,” according to his online CV.

Spencer is set to be arraigned on Monday in Cambridge District Court.
