Douglas Couple Arrested After Drugs, Guns And Bombs Found In Home

DOUGLAS (CBS) – A husband and wife are accused of hiding drugs and homemade explosives inside their home. People living nearby had no idea.

The suspects, Anthony Toloczko and wife Deborah, tried to conceal the pot farm inside their new garage, apparently after growing it in the house since 2004.

But that came to an end last week.

WBZ-TV’s Ken MacLeod reports

Video taken during the raid shows more than a hundred plants nearing three feet tall, with heat lamps, sprinklers, and timers.

Five pounds was already packaged and police seized $75,000 in cash.

The homeowners were vacationing in Vegas.

Police won’t be specific about what led to the search warrant, but their find was stunning beyond pot.

They found 33 weapons, everything from assault rifles to automatic Tech-9 pistols and three homemade explosives.

WBZ NewsRadio 1030’s Doug Cope reports

The Toloczko’s face several charges including drug trafficking and police are also hunting their 31-year-old daughter.

Drug raid? It’s weed. That’s great that you found the weapons and bombs, but none of this would be necessary if the government would stop this ridiculous crusade against a plant. I love how the “street value” is always reported as this astronomical amount. Marijuana should be practically worthless. How embarrassing.

You need to take up gardening to rehabilitate yourself. Try culinary herbs and plants, not anything else you have in mind…

I don’t care about pictures of the weed – I’m curious of they have the gun that was stolen from a friends house! so more pictures of the hardware!
