BOSTON (CBS) – Two members of Occupy Boston who were arrested Friday morning at Dewey Square have been banned by a judge from returning to the encampment.

Emily McArthur and Brian Weckbacher were both charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly pitching a tent in the middle of Atlantic Avenue and refusing to leave, despite repeated warnings by Boston Police.

Both have been released, but the judge ordered them to stay away from Dewey Square while their cases remain open.

They are due back in court on February 28.
