Was Cathedral High School unjustly denied a Suberbowl victory by a foolish penalty call? Bradley Jay says, “absolutely.” Mayor Menino agrees. This in an unbelievable example of how political correctness, or in this case, sports correctness is sucking the life out of life. At least Mayor Menino is making things right. We live in a society that discourages winning, on the field and off. Am I right or am I wrong? Rules are getting in the way of living life? You know, I am going to drink a soda, eat a burger, and have a shot of whiskey, all while not wearing a helmet or a seatbelt. LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!

Menino makes a statement about a Ref’s call in a ‘High School’ football game…Yet Mum’s(bles) the word on the on the ‘judgement’ call made by ‘His’ School Department management team, regarding a little 1st grader who was attacked & robbed on a school bus in ‘Southie’.

    “‘Gutless’….’no balls’ management”

Not the first time that Mayor Menino has misunderstood his role. Now he’s the officiating expert of high school football. Sounds like Pres. Obama unjustly criticizing the Cambridge police last yr.

Always sad to see one official throw other officials (refs) under the bus for doing their jobs and enforcing the rules. What’s wrong w/ this picture?
