Bobby Valentine Cutting A Rug
We have learned a lot about Bobby Valentine since he's been named Red Sox Manager.
One story that everyone is familiar with is that Bobby V once claimed that he invented the wrap sandwich. We found out from a Tim Kurkjian article that Valentine loves ballroom dancing, is Director of Public Safety and Public Health in his hometown of Stamford, Conn., got his shirts dry-cleaned at the age of 16 and was king of the high school science fair.
98.5 The Sports Hub's Marc Bertrand did some digging when he remembered a Sports Illustrated article he read five years ago about Valentine staring in a Japanese music video.
A band named Deen did a music video for their song Diamond back in 2007, and according to the Sports Illustrated story the song went to five on the Japanese music charts once the video with Bobby V dancing came out.
